Glencoe
Youth Hostel is set in one of Scotland's most spectacular
and historic glens. The hostel provides an excellent base
for walkers of all abilities with good facilities and local
advice. Glencoe offers some of the best walking and climbing
in Scotland, not just in the summer, but all year round.
Our long
established caravan and camping park offers a high standard
holiday with our Park achieving a Five Star top grading by
VisitScotland. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery with
grassy, mostly level pitches and several hard standing
areas. There is a small licensed shop on site which offers a
wide range of groceries, essentials and gas.
Our
luxury self-catering Holiday Lodges are double glazed and
centrally heated . Each is tastefully set out to take in the
wonderful views and surroundings and all are set back quite
exclusively to give optimum privacy. Each lodge has 3
bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin)
These
three cottages have been built to the highest standards on
the site of the house of MacIain, clan chief of the
MacDonalds, massacred in 1692. Each double glazed and
centrally-heated cottage consists of an entry porch (with
adequate space for outdoor equipment), an open-plan living
room/kitchen,
The cottages are set
overlooking the river with spectacular views and are
designed to give families, climbers and hill walkers warm,
comfortable, centrally-heated accommodation in beautiful
surroundings. Nature is literally at the door of each
cottage and frequent visits are made by a wide variety of
birds, butterflies and roe deer.
The self
catering cottage is very well located for everything this
stunning area has to offer. A warm welcome awaits you with
tea and coffee and pint of milk, fire laid ready for you to
