Welcome to Glencoe Independent Hostel. Set in 2 acres of land in Glencoe on the west coast of the Scottish Highlands, the hostel is in the heart of this magnificent glen and is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, wildlife and history

Glencoe Youth Hostel is set in one of Scotland's most spectacular and historic glens. The hostel provides an excellent base for walkers of all abilities with good facilities and local advice. Glencoe offers some of the best walking and climbing in Scotland, not just in the summer, but all year round. Near the village and suitable for less experienced walkers, there are three lochan trails offering wonderful views. Close to the famous Clachaig Inn, it’s a great base for exploring this magical area.

Our long established caravan and camping park offers a high standard holiday with our Park achieving a Five Star top grading by VisitScotland. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery with grassy, mostly level pitches and several hard standing areas. There is a small licensed shop on site which offers a wide range of groceries, essentials and gas. The laundrette has plenty of local information on things to do, places to visit etc.

Our luxury self-catering Holiday Lodges are double glazed and centrally heated . Each is tastefully set out to take in the wonderful views and surroundings and all are set back quite exclusively to give optimum privacy. Each lodge has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) finished to a very high standard. The heated bathroom has bath, wc and washhand basin and there is also a separate shower room

These three cottages have been built to the highest standards on the site of the house of MacIain, clan chief of the MacDonalds, massacred in 1692. Each double glazed and centrally-heated cottage consists of an entry porch (with adequate space for outdoor equipment), an open-plan living room/kitchen, sun lounge/dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor.

Annesfield cottage offers warm & comfortable accommodation for 4 Large open plan lounge/dining room. Furnished with cosy sofas, piano, satellite tv (free to view channels) dvd player, hi-fi, turkish rugs, artwork and ceramics from Scotland and beyond! books/magazines and small dvd library.  Coal/log fire.

Both caravan holiday homes are 35' x 12'. Modern; spacious; comfortably equipped; heating in all rooms. Stunning mountain views.

The self catering cottage is very well located for everything this stunning area has to offer. A warm welcome awaits you with tea and coffee and pint of milk, fire laid ready for you to light on arrival. Friendly help nearby if needed.
