There are
a number of nice walks around Lochaline. The forestry have many
well marked paths in the Lochaline forest about half a mile from
the village. There is also a beautiful and interesting walk
around the loch and then on for another mile to
Ardtornish
Castle overlooking the Sound of Mull, on the way you pass
Kinlochaline Castle. There are also some interesting carved
stones at the church above Lochaline and for the more
adventurous, why not learn to dive. To view these local
